Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase required

How to Return

1. Email us at yousefandyounis@yycollective.net with your order number
2. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours
3. Ship the item back to us
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale
• Opened food storage or hygiene products

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately and we will send a replacement or full refund — no return required.
