# Refund Policy
At Y&Y Collective, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
## Returns
We accept returns within **30 days** of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
**Non-returnable items:**
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Perishable goods
## How to Start a Return
1. Email us at **support@yandycollective.com** with your order number and reason for return
2. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions within 2 business days
3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at any shipping location
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
## Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within **5–7 business days** to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
## Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra charge. Please email us at **support@yandycollective.com** within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.
## Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
3. Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
4. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at **support@yandycollective.com**
