## Processing Time

All orders are processed within **2–5 business days** after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

## Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

## Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by your country. These charges are the **responsibility of the customer** and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates. ## Lost or Stolen Packages

Y&Y Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

1. Check with neighbors and around your property
2. Contact your local post office

## Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at **support@yandycollective.com**. We can only modify addresses before the order has shipped. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
